Directions:

1. 2-3 times/day. Take 30 ml and then dilute it 5-7 times with cold water or warm water below 40 °C. Taste better when iced. Also Solar Enzyme is suitable to blend with juice, vegetable juice, milk or any cold drink.

2. Add to various food appropriately, or use it as salad dressing or jam.

3. When making bread or pastry, mixed solar enzyme in the dough and fermented will give bread or pastry better flavor.

4. Soak beef in enzyme for 10 minutes before frying steak to make texture better.
