  2. 陳甫州教授曾擔任台中榮民總醫院幹細胞中心主任,研究室致力於動態取樣技術開發、動物模式研究、抗腦部創傷藥物之治療機轉及幹細胞治療研究之影響與應用,腦部創傷動物模式建立包括:頭部外傷、各種急慢性頭部受傷、腦中風、帕金森氏症等,已發表179篇SCI研究論文,另與國內腦神經內外科專家籌組臺灣腦部創傷醫學會幷擔任常務理事,以促進臺灣在腦部創傷之研發;也參與國內外幹細胞學會之籌畫;成立中部神經幹細胞治療策略聯盟,進行整合研究推動國家型合作計畫與臨床試驗,整合分析化學技術與幹細胞基礎與臨床治療研究,促進腦部創傷研究或臨床治療。
  3. 2019年成立台灣鎂營養素協會擔任第一屆的理事長,期待能推展鎂的必備知識,教育大眾正確的認識『鎂』在人體的重要功能,能在日常飲食中攝食足夠的『鎂』或適當的補充『鎂』,不僅可以預防全球的四大殺手疾病:糖尿病、癌症、心臟病及腦中風,更可以增強體力、對抗生活的焦慮與壓力、提升睡眠的品質、增進骨質的密度、緩解肌肉的痙攣,總之,身體有足夠的『鎂』,不僅頭好、身體壯壯,又可以讓身心更健康、更快樂,人生更『鎂』麗。
  4. 陳教授傾全力教導學術界教授、醫師、博士生、碩士生的英文論文寫作及技巧,獨創的英文四段式簡介、實驗、結果與討論之撰寫方式為主題,使用其研發的模組化空白表格,2018年陳教授出版新書「萬用模版英文論文寫作法」,以模版的方式逐步填入論文之本體結構,並應用現成之自由網軟體與電腦語句庫,協助科技人員熟稔英文科技論文的表達方法,讓英文期刊的讀者容易接受其所欲表達之意念,並將不同模組撰寫過程中,英文語意的表達與寫作技巧作概括性的介紹,這種新的英文寫作方式能帶給研究學者更便利的研究輔助工具,同時也透過一對一的寫作輔導,幫助年輕的研究學者發表論文。
